Terms of use
Last updated: 3 November 2026
1. About these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and World Corporation, 500 Westover Dr #16900, Sanford, NC 27330, USA (“we”, “us”). They apply when you use the Centenarians app and the website centenarians.app (together, the “service”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
2. The service
Centenarians helps you track your sleep, how you feel, weight, blood pressure, drinks, coffee, workouts, supplements and medications, lab results and other habits; syncs with Apple Health and Health Connect; and shows you charts, trends and short written briefs about your own data.
3. Not medical advice and not a medical device
Centenarians provides information only. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. It does not give medical advice and does not replace your doctor. Never start, stop or change a medication, or delay seeking care, because of something in the app. In an emergency, call your local emergency number. Medical disclaimer
4. Who can use Centenarians
You must be at least 18 years old. Each account is for one person. You agree to give accurate information when you sign up.
5. Your account
Keep your password safe and don't share your account. You are responsible for what happens in your account. Tell us straight away at support@centenarians.app if you think someone else has used it.
6. Subscriptions, trials and cancellation
The free plan is free. Premium and Family are paid subscriptions bought through the App Store or Google Play (and, when available, on our website). The price and billing period are shown before you buy, and payment is charged to your store account.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. You can cancel any time in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel a store subscription.
Where a free trial is offered (currently 7 days on the annual Premium plan and on the Family plan), your subscription starts automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel before then.
Refunds for store purchases are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under consumer law, including any right to withdraw from a purchase.
A Family subscription lets the person who buys it share Premium with up to 3 other people in the same household.
7. Fair use and limits
Some features have limits, for example the number of lab reports the AI can read each month. These limits are shown in the app. We may change features and limits, and we will tell you in advance about changes that reduce what a paid plan includes.
8. Acceptable use
Please don't misuse the service. In particular, don't: break the law using it; upload other people's data without their permission; try to access other accounts or our systems; copy, scrape, resell or reverse-engineer the service; or interfere with its security or performance.
9. Your data
Your data belongs to you. You allow us to store and process it only to provide the service to you, as described in our privacy policy. You can export or delete it at any time. Privacy policy
10. Our intellectual property
The app, website, designs, text and the Centenarians and TruePortions names belong to World Corporation. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service for your own, non-commercial purposes while you follow these terms.
11. Other services
Apple Health, Health Connect, the App Store, Google Play and the devices you connect are provided by others, and their own terms apply. We are not responsible for the accuracy of data they provide.
If you downloaded the app from the App Store, these terms are between you and World Corporation, not Apple. Apple has no responsibility for the app or its support, and Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms who may enforce them against you.
12. Changes, suspension and ending
We are continually improving Centenarians and may add, change or remove features. You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, and will tell you why unless the law prevents us.
13. Disclaimers
We work hard to make Centenarians accurate and reliable, but the service is provided “as is” and “as available”. Values read from lab reports, meal estimates, device data and written briefs can contain mistakes — please check them. To the extent the law allows, we make no other promises about the service.
14. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data, profits or opportunity. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and 50 US dollars.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or your mandatory rights as a consumer.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be heard by the courts located in North Carolina. If you are a consumer living in the European Union, the United Kingdom or another country with mandatory consumer protections, you keep those protections and may also bring a claim in the courts where you live.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is important, we will tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect. If you continue to use the service after that, the new terms apply.
