Centenarians is a wellness and self-tracking tool provided by World Corporation. Everything it shows you — numbers, charts, trends, briefs, reports and articles — is for general information only.
Not a medical device
Centenarians is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, monitor or prevent any disease or condition. It has not been evaluated or approved by any medical regulator.
No diagnosis, medication or dose advice
The app never tells you that you have a condition. It never recommends starting, stopping or changing a medication or its dose, never checks for interactions between medicines or supplements, and never suggests supplement doses. Tracking a medication or supplement in the app is only a record for you.
About AI-written text
Our own code calculates the statistics. AI is used only to turn those results into plain sentences, to read values from lab reports you upload, and (when available) to estimate the contents of meal photos. These outputs can be wrong. Always check lab values against your original report, and treat calorie estimates as estimates.
Safety messages
When a value you enter is very high or very low — for example a very high blood pressure reading — the app shows a fixed, pre-written message suggesting you re-measure or contact a doctor. These are generic safety prompts based on simple thresholds. They are not a medical assessment, and the absence of a message does not mean everything is fine.
Talk to your doctor
Always ask your doctor or another qualified health professional about any question you have about your health, your results or your treatment. Never ignore professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you saw in Centenarians.
Correlations in your own data show what tends to happen together for you; they do not prove that one thing causes another.
